Judge Colbath is now reading instructions to the jury. The jury will break for lunch and then begin to consider the case. It is expected that a verdict will be rendered today, likely early afternoon, However, they can go into the night or tomorrow. The attorneys and the judge hashed out all of the charges as discussed in opening statements as well as what is required for the jury’s instructions. These instructions will be typed for the jury, and hopefully published to the media in another form other than verbally (as would be what is happening now..). Either way, there are so many instructions, the judge expects reading them to take around 45 minutes. If I can get a nice list, I will paste them here, otherwise we will wait to hear from the jury from this point on.. (Unless of course something BREAKING in nature occurs…)
