Shamrock Charter Captain, Joe Smills reported at 6:35AM, observation of 6 to 8 Blue Marlin swimming of the coast around 3 miles out from the old Riviera Beach Power Plant. The Marlin were swimming south against the current and appeared to remain in the area at least 20 minutes later.
