In order to make it a little more “appealing”, the Pork industry is renaming the Pork Butt. The chosen name is “Boston Roast”.. Okay, so as long as I can remember Boston=Butt, then I will know what to look for..
Rumor has it the pork chop will be renamed to “New York chop” or 1 of a couple other names.
